Foam cut to size, made to order in the UK. Every piece in this collection is cut to your own length, width and thickness — there are no fixed sizes to compromise around. Choose the density that suits the job, enter your measurements, and we cut it for you.

Which foam density do I need?

  • White, 28 kg/m³ — softer. Back cushions, scatter cushions and mattresses.
  • Blue, 33 kg/m³ — firmer high density foam. Sofa seats, dining chairs, window seats and benches. The most hard-wearing choice for anything you sit on.
  • Memory foam, 60 kg/m³ — conforms to your body. Toppers, made-to-measure mattresses and pressure relief.

Common uses

Replacement sofa cushion foam, upholstery foam, seat and bench cushions, caravan and campervan seating, boat cushions, window seats, garden and rattan furniture, and foam mattresses cut to measure for bunk beds, campervans and non-standard bed frames.

Sizes and cutting

We cut single pieces up to 203 cm × 116 cm (80 × 46 inches), in thicknesses from 1 cm to 100 cm, with a minimum length and width of 10 cm. Larger projects are normally made from two pieces butted together. Circles, radius corners and bevelled edges can be cut on request — contact us for a quote.

All foam is cut to order and dispatched direct to you. It is never vacuum compressed or roll packed, so it arrives at full loft and is ready to use straight away.
