Dog Beds & Crate Mattresses

We don't make dog beds. We make the part of them that wears out.

A dog bed almost never fails from the outside. The cover washes, the
stitching holds, the zip still works. What goes is the foam — it
flattens under the same body in the same spot every night until your
dog is lying on the floor through a bag of fabric.

That is the part we cut.


Every mattress here is built the same way

A high-resilience support base at 33 kg/m3, with 2 cm of
visco-elastic memory foam at 60 kg/m3 bonded on top. The base holds
the shape. The memory layer spreads the pressure.

Almost every dog bed sold in the UK says "memory foam" and "high
density". Very few say what the density is. Both of ours are printed
on every page.

Finished with a black cover that is waterproof, fire retardant,
zipped and machine washable, over a non-slip base that keeps the
mattress where you put it.


Two ranges

CRATE MATTRESSES are cut 2 cm under the internal size of each
standard crate, 24 inch to 48 inch, so they drop in flat instead of
riding up the sides.

BED MATTRESSES are cut to the sizes the common UK beds use, Small
through XXL, so a worn insert can be replaced without replacing the
bed around it.

Send us the measurements. Every one of these is cut to order in
Manchester anyway — yours is simply a different set of numbers, at
no extra cost.

Nothing is roll-packed or vacuum compressed. It arrives at full
thickness, ready the moment it comes out of the box.
